Rules & Regulations

Event Overview

  • There is no age restrictions or age-based groupings. 
  • This is a virtual event, so participants may run anytime of the day and at any location of their choice.
  • Race will be segregated by gender.
  • All timings are based on +8GMT.

Registration

  • All participants must register in advance.
  • Registration fee is at $29.90 (Singapore dollars).
  • Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Upon each successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. If you do not see the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder. 
  • All registration details are considered final once submitted. No changes will be entertained after registration is completed. Participants are strongly advised to review all information carefully before submitting the registration form.

Run Requirements

  • Runs must be completed outdoors using a GPS-enabled tracking app (e.g., Strava, Garmin, Nike Run Club).
  • No runs on treadmills are allowed. 
  • Each run submission must meet the minimum distance of the registered category.
  • You may run at any time of day, rain, shine or when aliens attack.

Submission Guidelines

  • Participants must submit:
    • Screenshot containing the route taken (showing distance, time, and date).
    • Input your run time in the submission tab.
    • Run distance must be at least the distance signed up for.
  • Submissions must be made within 7 days of the run. However, final submission will be cutoff on 3 April 2026.
  • We encourage Participants to submit runs as soon as possible.

Prizes

  • There will be 2 category of prizes, Lucky Draw and Winner Prize.
  • Type of prize
    • Will be dependent on the number of participants for the event.
    • The number of participants will be updated in real-time on the website.
    • The final count of the participants will be announced on the website at the start of the event.
    • The prizes are not stacked and the prize awarded will be based on the tier corresponding to the number of participants.
  • To be considered for prizes, you must:
    • Complete at least 26 runs within the 31-day window.
    • Submit valid proof for each run as per the guidelines.
  • Lucky Draw Prize
    • There will be 10 Lucky Draw Prizes which will be randomly drawn from qualifying participants.
  • Winner Prize
    • The fastest run time will be recorded as the qualifying run time regardless of number of submissions per day.
    • Only the fastest run time for each day will be eligible.
    • Prizes will be rewarded to the winning male and female participant who completed the most eligible submissions with the fastest average daily run time.  
  • Prize winners will be highlighted on the website 3 days after close of event.
  • There will be a dispute period for 3 days. After which, all prize winners are final.
    • In the event of a dispute, organizer’s decision is final.
  • All winners will be notified via email.
  • All unclaimed prizes will be donated after 15 days from email notification.

Disqualification

  • Participants may be disqualified for:
    • The use of bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or any other wheeled or motorized devices is strictly prohibited. Only walking and running are allowed for this virtual run event.
    • Submitting falsified or edited screenshots.
    • Unsportsmanlike behavior.
  • Disqualified participants will be removed from the event and no refund will be provided.
    • Organizer’s decision to disqualify participant is final.
